Shoulder arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgery to diagnose and treat shoulder problems. You may have an arthroscopy for rotator cuff tears or shoulder impingement. Minimally invasive procedures require smaller incisions than traditional surgeries. Each incision is about the size of a keyhole.
